Over 40 years ago, Diana began her real estate career at the age of 22. Her professional and personal style is to always give 110% to clients, friends and family.

Well versed in residential and investment/commercial sales, as well as real estate management and finance, many consider Diana Bull a real estate ‘role model.’
Community Involvement
Very involved in our Santa Barbara community, Diana is the 2012 President of the National Association of Women Business Owners – Santa Barbara chapter.
In 2008, Diana was acknowledged as “Top 50 Women in Business by the Pacific Coast Business Times. In 2007, she was the “Business Leader/Mentor of the Year” for the Santa Barbara Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Diana also served as Business Leader for the Santa Barbara Chamber of Commerce. She received the Gold Award from United Way and is a big supporter of the Children’s Miracle Network and the American Heart Association.
Diana is named in “Who’s Who of American Women”, won the “Santa Barbara Boss of the Year Award,” and is a life-time member of the California Scholarship Foundation. She is also a nationally published author on real estate and a certified instructor in real estate finance for Community Colleges.
Professional Involvement
In 2010, Diana was admitted into the National Association of REALTOR’S Hall of Fame.
Since 1976, Diana has been a member of the Women’s Council of REALTORS. She frequently speaks on Women’s issues in business for WCR.
Diana served as President of the Santa Barbara Association of REALTORS in 1982 and named 1986 Santa Barbara’s REALTOR of the YEAR.
Serving the California Association of REALTORS on more than 54 committees, Diana was CAR’s first female Treasurer in 1996 and l997. She became CAR’s third female President in 1999 and named 1999 California’s REALTOR of the YEAR.
Diana has completed service on more than 51 NAR committees, including serving on NAR’s Executive Committee, chairing Real Estate Finance, Vice Chair of Finance Committee and serving as the 2006 Regional Vice President for Region 13. In 2012, Diana is the Chairman of NAR’s Risk Management Committee.

Diana Bull is a nationally published author on real estate and has earned the following professional designations: Certified Residential Broker (CRB); Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI); Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS); and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES).
Diana served as the 1982 President of the Santa Barbara Association of REALTORS and was named "1986 Santa Barbara REALTOR of the YEAR." Diana was the California Association of REALTORS' first female Treasurer in 1996. In 1999, Diana became CAR's third female President and was named "1999 California REALTOR of the YEAR.
Serving twenty-five (25) years as a director for the National Association of REALTORS, Diana will be 2012 Chair of NAR's Risk Management Committee. She is also a valued member of NAR's Finance Committee, managing the assets of NAR. In 2010, Diana was honored to enter NAR's Hall of Fame.
